1. Nature of BeJobly
BeJobly is not an employer, recruiter, labour hire firm, or employment agency. It operates solely as a community-moderated job publishing and visibility platform.
2. Job Submission Rules
- All job posts must be submitted via BeJobly.com
- Direct Facebook group posts are removed
- Posts may be declined at BeJobly’s discretion
3. Service Levels
- Free Listings
- Pay What You Want (PWYW)
- Verified Employer
These tiers are visibility and processing levels only and do not guarantee applicants, results, or outcomes.
4. Employer Verification
BeJobly may request ABN, identity documents, or business verification at any time.
5. Moderation and Removal
BeJobly may:
- Remove any post without explanation
- Decline any listing
- Edit for compliance
- Suspend advertisers
6. Payments
- All payments are processed through Stripe
- Fees must be paid in advance
- Prices may change at any time
7. Refund Policy
- No refunds once a post is published
- No refunds for removals due to breach
- Discretionary refunds only in case of technical fault
8. Advertiser Responsibilities
Advertisers are solely responsible for:
- Accuracy of job details
- Compliance with Fair Work laws
- Worker classification
- Wage and entitlement payments
- Anti-discrimination compliance
9. Prohibited Listings
- Misleading roles
- Cash-in-hand illegal work
- Scams
- Cryptocurrency recruiting schemes
- Adult services
- Exploitative roles
10. No Guarantees
BeJobly does not guarantee:
- Views
- Applicants
- Hires
- Engagement
11. Liability Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeJobly and Good Web Design Co. are not liable for hiring outcomes, wage disputes, misrepresentation, fraud, losses, or damages.
12. Indemnity
Advertisers indemnify BeJobly against all liability arising from their listings or hiring practices.
13. Intellectual Property
All platform branding and systems remain the property of Good Web Design Co.
14. Termination
Access may be terminated at any time without notice.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
